ModernBeautyBD is one of the leading beauty and skincare e-commerce platforms in Bangladesh. The goal of this project was to transform an outdated, slow-loading website into a high-converting, modern, and mobile-responsive powerhouse.

The Challenge (The "Before" State)
The old version of the site (November 2025) faced several critical issues that hindered business growth:
Shifted to a sophisticated "Dark Mode" aesthetic using deep blacks and rich golds. This "Architecture Over Appearance" approach creates a high-contrast, premium feel that is synonymous with luxury perfumes and attars.

The Solution (The "After" State)
In the April 2026 redesign, we implemented a "Clean & Glow" aesthetic that prioritizes product visibility and user journey.
Key Improvements:
Dynamic Hero Section:
Replaced static banners with a high-impact, promotional slider focusing on "Day-to-Night" essentials.
Category-Based Visual Navigation:
Added intuitive circle-based category icons for Skincare, Makeup, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
Dynamic Best Selling Product Showcase:
High-end customers are often overwhelmed by choice. Surfacing top-performing products narrows the focus, making it easier for "non-tech smart founders" to guide their customers toward a confident purchase.

Premium Color Palette:
